All About the Outdoors

Thomas worked as a wilderness and outdoor adventure guide for over a decade.  He has led both single-day and multi-day whitewater rafting trips in West Virginia, Colorado, Washington, Oregon and Idaho.  Thomas has also worked as a snowmobile guide in both Steamboat Springs and Breckenridge, Colorado.

This experience gives Thomas an intimate understanding of the day-to-day realities of the outdoor industry, and the unique challenges outfitters and their guides face.

Thomas has received Wilderness First Responder, Swiftwater Rescue, International Rafting Federation Trip Leader, and Avalanche I certifications.  When he isn’t working, Thomas enjoys kayaking, skiing, and exploring with his wife and son in the mountains of Boise and central Idaho.
